Karakum Beach is one of the awarded beaches of Izmir, which offers the pleasure of swimming in clear waters with blue flag.The beach is in Foça, in Atatürk District, Fener Peninsula. Karakum Beach is located 85 kilometers from the airport and 2 kilometers from the city center. Although its length is 500 meters, it reaches 30 meters in width. Karakum Beach is open to the public. Water sports can be done on the beach.
