Yığma Hill Tumulus
It is the largest tumulus in Bergama. However, it is thought to belong to one of the kings of Pergamon. People who came to Pergamon in Antiquity first come across this magnificent tumulus. In a way, it prevents the view of the castle hill. However, when the visitor sees the view of the Castle Hill just behind the Tumulus, he is more impressed. In addition, the Tumulus is located on a linear axis with the sanctuary dedicated to Athena, the patron goddess of the city.
