Tahtakale Hammam
It is in İzmir province, Tire district, Tahtakale district, inside the bazaar. Another unit of Tahtakale Complex is the bath. According to what is learned from the inscription of the mosque, it was built by Hoca Hacı Emir in 903 (1498-1499) in the Islamic calendar. Its bath draws attention with its intensive use of brick material. The bath was heavily damaged by the Tire fire in 1857 and therefore underwent restoration. Part of the bath is currently used as a shop. Another part was turned into a place open to visitors by the Municipality of Tire with the Beledi weaving loom.
