Neslihanzade Mosque

The trustee of the mosque, located in İzmir Tire district, Bahariye District, Neslihan Street, is Neslihanzade Hafız Şefik İbni Mehmet. Only the mosque, which was built as a complex by Hasan Çelebi at the end of the 15th century, has survived to the present day. Evliya Çelebi states in his travel book that Neslihanzade Hafız Şefik is one of the ancestors of İbni Mehmet. The kulliye worked as a Mevlevi lodge for a long time. The cells of the Mevlevi lodge next to the mosque have survived until today.
