Çamyayla Wild Life Road

Çamyayla village of Ödemiş district is on the border with Salihli and Ahmetli districts of Manisa. In this way, the region has important features for Wild Life. The existence of partially untouched areas and less human inheritance are important for wild animals. Rocky and maquis vegetation provides shelter and breeding areas for wild animals. Wolf (Canis lupus), coyote (Canis aureus), wild boar (Sus scrofa), badger (Meles meles) and rarely roe deer (Capreolus capreolus) live in the region. The coexistence of these species enables the hunt-hunter relationship to continue and points to a healthy ecosystem.
