Çiçekli Natural Park

Located within the borders of Bornova, it is a region rich in plants and wild animals. It includes associations of trees and shrubs ranging from maquis communities to larch forests. It contains mammal wild animals such as wild boar (Sus scrofa), jackal (Canis aureus), fox (Vulpes vulpes). Predatory bird species such as hawk (Buteo buteo), snake eagle (Circaetus gallicus), hawk (Accipiter nisus) can be seen in the area. It is easily accessible due to the fact that it is a natural area near the city. The area where the public can have a picnic, relax and realize its natural beauties is open at certain times every day of the year. With the approval of the Ministry, dated 11.07.2011 and numbered 903, it was declared as a Natural Park.
