Old Bergama High School (Anatolian Teacher High School)
It is the Republic Period structure at the end of the 19th century. The building indicates a plan in the direction of northeast and southwest, and the south and north facades are designed as a short (U) plan. It is a two-storey building except the ground floor. The building was built by the Reji Administration in accordance with the Ottoman architectural traditions at the end of the 19th century. It is one of the most striking buildings of Bergama. Proper cut stone and marble material were used together in the building. There are column and column capitals on the door and window edges. Until 2005, it was used as Bergama Anatolian Teacher High School. Today, Bergama serves as 13 Nisan Anatolian High School. The building is located in a very large garden. The garden is surrounded by a neat wall and iron bars. The interior spaces are not very special and consist of very large and high classrooms and rooms used for administrative purposes. Recently, two reinforced concrete buildings were built in the same garden because the building did not meet the needs.
