İzmir Commodity Exchange
The building, where the Izmir Commodity Exchange, the first commodity exchange in Turkey, still operates today, was specially built in 1928. With its pointed arches, low reliefs with floral motifs, satin columns and tomb, it is one of the most important examples of the 1st National Architecture Period in Izmir, which was inspired by the Ottoman and Seljuk architecture.
