The stone building, which was restored and repaired faithfully, was transformed into a hotel with 13 rooms, including 1 room for people with disabilities, with the building added next to it. 1884 Mai Konak consists of two parts, including new and old buildings. It has tried to keep in harmony two different structures, which created a beautiful harmony with both its antique and modern style decoration. 2 of the 4 rooms in the old building concept have sea views and another one has a fireplace. There are 9 rooms in the new building concept. 3 rooms on the ground floor have garden view, 6 rooms on the other floors have panoramic sea and mountain views.
