Vino Locale opened in Urla in 2018 with Chef Ozan Kumbasar's success in gastronomy and the professional management of his wife Seray Kumbasar, is the first chef restaurant in the region. Vino Locale welcomes its guests in Kuşcular Village, Urla; It introduces its guests to seasonal flavors with the taste experience it offers.

With its location in the middle of Urla's centuries-old olive trees and vineyards, Vino Locale received 1 Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star for its pioneering approach to sustainable gastronomy. At the same time, Seray Kumbasar was deemed worthy of Turkey's first Sommelier Award.
