Hiç Lokanta
Hiç Lokanta is a gastronomic story from the forest to the plate. Operating under the 'Edible Forest' principle, it creates its menu using organic products gathered from Hiç Olive Grove. The restaurant interprets local flavors with simple techniques under the name 'NEW URLA CUISINE' and features a menu that changes with the seasons. It is a kitchen where everything, from charcuterie to bread, is produced in-house with technological infrastructure.
While bringing the seasonal, gastronomic richness of the region from nature to the table, it offers a kitchen that focuses on the best and freshest ingredients, created with a fair price-quality relationship and without decoration—'tweezer-free.' Hiç Lokanta is a living example of a nature-to-table in a 160-year-old stone building on Art Street, in the historical city center of Urla.
Hiç Lokanta received a Michelin Green Star for its pioneering approach to sustainable gastronomy. It was also awarded Bib Gourmand in the 2024 selection of the Michelin Guide.
