In the 1980s, the baths and pools section of the thermal hotel, which was opened under the Special Provincial Administration, was renewed. First, a hotel section and then a treatment center were opened and offered to the service of health and tourism under the name 'Balçova Thermal Facilities'. The hotel, which serves as a four-star hotel, has 204 rooms. There are 6 halls serving within the facility: Kardelen Hall, Agamemnon Hall, Emirgazi Seminar Hall, Ayyıldız VIP Hall, Daisy Garden and Governor Hüseyin Öğütcan Garden.
