Buca Municipality Culture and Art Center/Pink Mansion

The mansion of the Levantine Hadji Farkoh, who held Izmir's sea transportation in the last decades of the Ottoman Empire, was used as a municipal service until 2001. Farkoh Mansion was reopened on 18 November 2015 as an Culture and Art centre by Buca Municipality. The large hall on the upper floor of the center has a capacity of 60-70 people in seating and 100 people in reception.

The hall is used for group meetings, conferences or small room concerts. Four rooms on the lower floor serve as exhibition areas.

Literature talks, mini concerts, exhibitions and recitals are held in the center. on the ground floor of the Buca Municipality Culture and Arts Center, there is a disabled library for the visually impaired and a computer-supported library serving all book lovers on the upper floor.
