Dr. Selahattin Akçiçek Cultural Center
Selahattin Akçiçek Cultural Center, affiliated to Konak Municipality Directorate of Culture and Social Affairs, hosts cultural and artistic events. Children, youth and adult courses are organized in the center, which was opened in 2003. There are two theaters in the building: Avni Anıl Stage is for 278 people and Gülriz Sururi stage is for 462 people. There are also two classrooms (one for 40 people, one for 30 people), a painting workshop for 15 people and an art gallery.
