Karaca Hotel is a family business. The 36-room, two-star Kaya Touristic Hotel, which is not currently within the group, was the first facility of the group, which was put into service in 1963, and has remained a model for Izmir hotel management for many years.

In 1973, the four-star, 72-room Karaca hotel and the Karaca Cinema were opened. Kaya Prestige is four star and has 142rooms. It is the first 'Business Hotel' of the city.
