The history

The masters, who continue to make felt with traditional techniques, today make products such as wearable clothes, felt carpets, saddle felts, chair cushions, cushions for car seats, shoe felt. Masters; It produces mats with a width of 1.70 meters and a length of 4-5 meters. The wool for felt is provided from local sheep. The cleaned wool is combed in the machine, patterns are created with colored wool on the mat, it is rolled with wool on it. It is compressed in machines. The felt taken from the straw is sprinkled with soapy water and then beaten again in tattoo machines for five hours. Felt carpet taken from the machine is washed and put into use
