İzmir Gastro Fest

İzmir GastroFest, which was organized for the second time in 2019, starts with the city's boyoz, gevrek and sübye breakfast. During the festival, where breakfast is opened with a concert or a music concert, continues with panels, speeches, food documentaries, workshops where foreign and Turkish chefs match, followed by tasting tables prepared by the leading chefs and restaurants of Izmir and Istanbul. The festival, built on a four-legged structure consisting of 'intellectual infrastructure', 'gastronomic culture', 'entertainment' and 'original view', is a place for the world-famous Turkish and foreign chefs, academia, writers, journalists, opinion leaders and food and beverage lovers.
