It puts into service with its name of EGS Park Mavişehir Fashion and Shopping Mall by EGS Holding, in Mavişehir Quarter of Karşıyaka district, in 1999.In 2006, it was bought by Ege Varlık and its name was changed to EGE Park Mavişehir. The shopping mall, consisting of 2 floors, includes cinema operated by Cinemaximum cinemas chain as well as shopping stores of many branded.
