At Teruar Urla, chef Osman Serdaroğlu and his team prepare Italian and Mediterranean-inspired plates that highlight the richness of local products. From lamb saltimbocca to fried zucchini, fresh goat cheese to dried yogurt, the dishes offer rich and minimalist fare. The wine list is equally diverse and it is possible to find inspirations from different regions of Turkey. You can observe the kitchen team working in the restaurant or watch the valley view from the snack room and terrace.
Teruar Urla received 1 Michelin Star in the 2024 selection of the Michelin Guide.
