Tarihi Adil Müftüoğlu Uğur Lokantası

The founder of the restaurant, Adil Mütfüoğlu, who came to İzmir from Anatolia in the 1940s, started his career at a young age and opened the restaurant in its old location in Çankaya in 1955, with the experience he gained as a busboy and waiter. The restaurant continues its operations today with its establishments in Balçova.

At noon, it serves approximately 30 types of meals prepared specially for that day. The most famous flavors of the establishment are stuffed lamb, şevketibostan and tas kebab.

Adil Müftüoğlu Lokanta was awarded Bib Gourmand in the 2024 selection of the Michelin Guide.
