Tavacı Recep Usta

This is one of the few branches opened by Diyarbakır's renowned chef, Recep Usta. In its spacious setting, the restaurant offers special dishes prepared from milk-fed lambs native to Diyarbakır. It is famous for its tava (pan-fried meat), stuffed ribs, and boiled lamb neck. Located in Kordon, it features a garden seating area.

Tavacı Recep Usta was awarded the Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide's 2024 selection.
